Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, diced

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 cucumber, diced

  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Juice of 2 limes

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
