  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon.
  3. Add ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, and mix until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a greased baking sheet or loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
