  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup penne pasta
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • Season chicken with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  • In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and slice.
  • In the same pan, melt butter, then add honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, onion powder, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
