  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain fat.
  3. Add chopped onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Mix in cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Stir until well combined.
  5. Spread mashed potatoes in a casserole dish. Layer beef mixture over the potatoes.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm.
