  • 2 black tea bags (or 2 tsp loose leaf black tea)

  • 1 cup water (for tea)

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

  • 12 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice

  • Ice cubes

  • Optional: extra blackberries and mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Steep the Tea: Boil 1 cup of water and steep the black tea bags for 5 minutes. Let it cool.

  2. Make Blackberry Syrup: In a saucepan, simmer blackberries with honey for 5–7 minutes until berries break down. Strain to remove seeds.

  3. Assemble the Latte: In a glass, add ice cubes. Pour in the cooled tea, blackberry syrup, and milk. Stir to combine.
