2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup sliced mushrooms (button or cremini)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and ginger; stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Toss in broccoli and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
