  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press this mixture into the bottom of each muffin liner to form a crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.
