  • 1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Arrange trimmed asparagus on a baking sheet.

  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

  • Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the top.

  • Add a layer of grated parmesan.
