Chicken Parmesan Sliders are the ultimate party food, combining juicy, crispy chicken cutlets, marinara sauce, and melty mozzarella cheese on soft slider buns. Baked to golden perfection and brushed with a savory garlic butter, these sliders are a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 cups cooked, breaded chicken (cut into slider-sized pieces)
  • 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Slice the slider buns in half, keeping them attached. Place the bottom half into the prepared baking dish.
  • Layer breaded chicken pieces evenly over the bottom buns.
  • Spoon marinara sauce over the chicken, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Place the top half of the buns over the cheese layer.
  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the buns.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and buns are golden brown.
  • Serve warm, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for a quick and easy variation.
  • Substitute fresh basil for parsley if desired.
  • For extra crispiness, toast the buns lightly before assembling.
