  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Place in the baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, mix stuffing mix with chicken broth until moistened.
  • In another bowl, combine cream of chicken soup and milk. Pour over the chicken breasts.
  • Top with stuffing mixture. If using, spread vegetables evenly over the dish.
  • Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and stuffing is golden brown.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
