4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 box stuffing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup milk
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Place in the baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix stuffing mix with chicken broth until moistened.
In another bowl, combine cream of chicken soup and milk. Pour over the chicken breasts.
Top with stuffing mixture. If using, spread vegetables evenly over the dish.
Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and stuffing is golden brown.
