Ingredients
Scale
2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
1 (10 oz) package of cheese tortellini
2 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream (optional for extra creaminess)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the Alfredo sauce and heavy cream (if using). Cook for 2-3 minutes until warmed through.
Add the cooked chicken and tortellini to the skillet. Toss gently to coat everything evenly in the sauce.
Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
