  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (optional for extra creaminess)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
