Instructions

  • Heat sesame oil in a pan or wok over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned and cooked through.
  • In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, chicken broth, and chili flakes.
