2-3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
