This homemade Cookie Dough Snickers & Reese's Ice Cream is the ultimate frozen dessert, featuring chunks of Snickers, Reese's, and edible cookie dough in a creamy vanilla base. Perfect for peanut butter and chocolate lovers!
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup mini Snickers, chopped
½ cup mini Reese’s, chopped
½ cup edible cookie dough, cubed
¼ tsp salt
In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt until sugar dissolves.
Stir in peanut butter until smooth.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
During the last 5 minutes of churning, fold in chopped Snickers, Reese’s, and cookie dough.
