  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 10-12 crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreos)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually combine with the wet ingredients.
  • Fold in crushed cookies and white chocolate chips (if using).
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  • Allow to cool before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
