  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Whisk in the egg and milk until the batter is smooth.
