  • 1 lb ground chicken or Italian sausage
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large pot, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
