  • 4 pork chops, bone-in or boneless
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or fresh thyme sprigs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear pork chops on both sides until browned (about 3-4 minutes per side).
  4. Remove pork chops and set aside. In the same skillet, add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
