  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cooked chicken and bacon, stirring to combine.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Slowly add reserved pasta water to thin out the sauce.
  4. Toss drained pasta into the skillet with chicken and bacon. Remove from heat and mix in the egg mixture until creamy.
  5. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve immediately.
