Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add softened butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Beat until smooth and well combined.
  4. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full with batter.
