Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced

  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar or lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried dill)

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Peel and thinly slice cucumbers and red onion.

  • In a bowl, whisk together sour cream, vinegar/lemon juice, dill, sugar, salt, and pepper.
