  • 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add shrimp to the sauce and cook for 2 minutes, then transfer to the baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
