2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and cool.
