  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • In a bowl, mix Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.

  • Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey Dijon mixture over them, coating well.

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

  • Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for a golden top.

 

  • Garnish with parsley and serve.
