  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, sesame oil, mirin, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
  • Pour the teriyaki sauce over the beef, stirring well.
  • Add cornstarch slurry and cook until the sauce thickens.
