These Easy Roast Beef and Cheddar Sliders are a simple yet flavorful snack or meal, ideal for parties, game day, or a fast weeknight dinner. With juicy roast beef, melted cheddar, and buttery rolls, they're sure to be a crowd favorite!

  • 12 slider rolls or Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 lb deli roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 8-10 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
  • Layer the roast beef evenly over the rolls, followed by the cheddar cheese slices.
  • Add the top half of the rolls over the cheese.
  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and garlic powder. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
  • Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
