Ingredients
Scale
12 slider rolls or Hawaiian rolls
1 lb deli roast beef, thinly sliced
8-10 slices cheddar cheese
1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
Layer the roast beef evenly over the rolls, followed by the cheddar cheese slices.
Add the top half of the rolls over the cheese.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and garlic powder. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
Notes
Feel free to add sliced onions or horseradish sauce for an extra kick.
Use different cheeses like Swiss or provolone to mix up the flavor.
Great for prepping ahead and reheating when needed.
