  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef or lamb until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add diced onion and sauté until softened.
  • Stir in tomato paste, flour, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Simmer until thickened.
  • Mix in vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a baking dish.
