  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg (optional)
  • ½ cup reserved pasta water

Instructions

  • Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta according to package instructions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining. Set aside.
  • Prepare the Chicken Bites: In a skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken, season with paprika, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  • Add Garlic and Broth: Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Pour in chicken broth, scraping up browned bits from the pan. Simmer for 2 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
