  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside to cool slightly.
  • Flatten each biscuit dough round and place a spoonful of cooked beef and shredded cheddar in the center.
  • Wrap the dough around the filling, pinching the seams to seal.
  • Place the dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parmesan cheese. Brush the mixture over the dough balls.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
