Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (Panko or Italian style)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, and Italian herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the garlic butter, coating thoroughly, then dredge in the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving, if desired.

Notes

  • You can use bone-in chicken pieces if preferred, but adjust the baking time accordingly.
  • For extra crispiness, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
  • Serve with a side of roasted vegetables, pasta, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
