Ingredients

  • 1 small head green cabbage, finely chopped

  • 1 cucumber, diced

  • 34 green onions, chopped

  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves

  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves

  • 1/4 cup chives

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine basil, parsley, chives, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, mayo, and yogurt. Blend until smooth.

  • Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.

  • In a large bowl, combine chopped cabbage, cucumber, and green onions.

  • Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss until evenly coated.

 

  • Serve immediately or chill in the fridge before serving.
