1 small head green cabbage, finely chopped
1 cucumber, diced
3–4 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
1/4 cup chives
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
Salt and pepper to taste
In a blender, combine basil, parsley, chives, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, mayo, and yogurt. Blend until smooth.
