  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup candy-coated chocolates (like M&Ms)
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Candy eyes for decoration

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  • Stir in oats, candy-coated chocolates, and mini chocolate chips.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Add candy eyes on top.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
