  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook onions until soft. Add ground beef and brown, breaking it up as it cooks.
  • Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess grease.
  • Add diced tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and beef broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • In a 9x13 casserole dish, layer half of the pasta, half of the beef mixture, and half of the shredded cheese. Repeat layers.
