  • 8 oz rice noodles or lo mein noodles
  • 1 lb beef (thinly sliced, such as flank or sirloin)
  • 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1-inch piece ginger (grated)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the beef slices and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Toss in the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrots. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  6. In a small bowl, mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Add this mixture to the skillet.
  7. Return the beef to the skillet along with the cooked noodles. Toss to combine and coat everything in the sauce.
  8. Drizzle sesame oil and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
