This Homemade Raspberry Peach Lemonade recipe blends sweet peaches, tart raspberries, and zesty lemons into a vibrant, thirst-quenching drink. It's a perfect summer beverage made with fresh, wholesome ingredients and is sure to be a hit at any picnic, BBQ, or pool party.
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
2 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 5–6 lemons)
¾ to 1 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
4 cups cold water
Ice cubes
Peach and lemon slices, for garnish (optional)
Fresh mint leaves (optional)
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine raspberries, peaches, and 1 cup of water. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until the fruit is soft.
Use a fine mesh strainer to strain the mixture into a bowl, pressing the solids to extract the juice. Discard the pulp.
In a large pitcher, combine the fruit juice, lemon juice, and sugar. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Add the remaining 3 cups of cold water and mix well. Taste and adjust sweetness.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Serve over ice with peach and lemon slices and mint leaves if desired.
You can use honey or agave as a natural sweetener alternative.
Blend the fruit mixture before straining for an extra-smooth consistency.
Freeze some lemonade in ice cube trays to keep your drink cold without dilution.
