Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 3 tablespoons honey

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley or green onions

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice.

  • Place salmon fillets in a baking dish lined with foil or parchment.

  • Season salmon with salt and pepper.

  • Pour the honey mixture over the salmon fillets evenly.

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  • Optionally, broil for 2-3 minutes to caramelize the top.
