1 lb (450g) boneless chicken thighs or breasts

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or rice vinegar

Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken until golden and cooked through, 4–5 minutes per side.
