  • 1 package chocolate sandwich cookies (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1.5 quarts vanilla ice cream (softened)
  • 1.5 quarts chocolate ice cream (softened)
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  2. Spread softened chocolate ice cream over the crust, then freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. Pour and spread hot fudge sauce over the ice cream layer, then freeze for another 15 minutes.
  4. Add a layer of softened vanilla ice cream and smooth the top. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Spread whipped topping over the cake and garnish as desired. Freeze until ready to serve.
  6. Slice and enjoy!
