  • 12 slider rolls (Hawaiian or dinner rolls)
  • 6 slices of salami
  • 6 slices of ham
  • 6 slices of provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  3. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise (if desired) on the bottom layer of rolls.
  4. Layer with salami, ham, and provolone cheese evenly.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls over the layered fillings.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture generously over the top of the rolls.
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until tops are golden brown and cheese is melted.
  9. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Add pepperoni or additional cheeses for extra flavor.
  • Use Dijon mustard instead of mayo for a tangy twist.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven.
