  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a pie dish.

  • In a bowl, whisk egg yolks and lime zest. Add condensed milk and lime juice, whisking until smooth.
