Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 box strawberry gelatin mix (optional, for added color)
  • 2 cups whipped topping

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan to form the crust.
  2. In a large bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped cream.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture over the graham crust.
  5. Arrange a layer of fresh strawberry slices over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the strawberries.
  7. (Optional) Sprinkle strawberry gelatin mix for extra color and flavor.
  8. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until set.
  9. Garnish with additional strawberries before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor and texture.
  • Chill the lasagna for at least 2 hours to allow layers to set properly.
  • For a firmer cheesecake layer, increase cream cheese by 8 oz.
