36 Oreo cookies (regular, not double-stuffed)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
16 oz white chocolate or almond bark, melted
Red, white & blue sprinkles
Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
Mix the Oreo crumbs and cream cheese until well combined.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Freeze for 20-30 minutes until firm.
Dip each ball into melted white chocolate, coating fully.
Place back on the parchment paper and immediately decorate with patriotic sprinkles.
Refrigerate until chocolate is set.
