4 medium potatoes, boiled and diced
1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp white vinegar or lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Boil the potatoes until tender, then let them cool and dice.
