12 oz fettuccine or preferred pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
½ cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
½ tsp black pepper

Instructions
