  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 12 oz jar pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Hoagie rolls

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the Italian dressing mix, garlic powder, and onion powder over the beef.
  3. Pour in the beef broth and add the pepperoncini peppers, including some of the liquid from the jar.
