  • 2 large eggs

  • 30-36 Hershey's kisses (unwrapped)
  • Powdered sugar (optional for rolling)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberry cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  • Scoop 1-inch dough balls and roll them into powdered sugar if desired. Place on the baking sheet 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until cookies are set but not browned.
  • Remove from the oven and immediately press a Hershey's kiss into the center of each cookie.
