Ingredients

  • Jumbo pasta shells
  • Ground beef
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Egg
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Italian seasoning
  • Marinara sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta shells until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. Brown ground beef with garlic and onion, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and egg; combine with the meat mixture.
  5. Stuff the cooked shells with the meat and cheese filling.
  6. Spread marinara sauce in a baking dish and place the stuffed shells on top.
