Ingredients

  • Ground beef
  • Tortillas
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Taco seasoning
  • Salsa
  • Black beans (optional)
  • Corn (optional)
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onions and garlic. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in taco seasoning and salsa.
