  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  • Add eggs and milk to the mixture. Use your hands to gently mix until well combined. Avoid overmixing.
  • Roll the mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Lightly spray the meatballs with olive oil to enhance browning.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are golden brown and cooked through (internal temp of 165°F).
  • Serve hot with marinara sauce, pasta, or in a sub roll.
