Ingredients

  • 3 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and chilled

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt (for dairy-free)

  • 1/2 banana (optional, for creaminess)

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 46 fresh mint leaves

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (adjust based on preference)

  • Honey or maple syrup to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add watermelon cubes, yogurt, banana (if using), lime juice, mint leaves, and ice to a blender.

  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and frothy.

  3. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired.

  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately, garnished with a mint sprig or a watermelon wedge.

Notes

  • For a thicker texture, freeze the watermelon cubes beforehand.
